Although we lost the founding inscription that built the complex we cannot identify which structures were constructed by whom.
Prithviraj Chauhan established Rusirani Palace on the riverbank as he deeply cherished the place when he ruled Rajasthan during the dynasty era. Recent monsoon season allows visitors to view water flowing against granite slabs as it drops 150 feet below into the reservoir from rock cliffs.
Entry fee and timings
Visitors obtain free access to the Menal temple complex throughout all operational hours. The location welcomes guests between 7:00 am in the morning until 7:00 pm in the evening.
