Parshvanath Mandir is said to be one of the oldest Jain teerth places in India and it estimated to be around 2000 years old. Its rich traditions still actually attract pilgrims and thousands of devotees from all over country and that of the world.
Jainism is eventually split into firm digambar and shwetambar sects. Both these sects confluence into reverence at this spot, which in fact serve as an emblem of Jain concord and commingling spirituality. Located on the quiet banks of the chiller river, Raj Rajeshwari Mata Mandir is one of the most prestigious historical and holy sites in Shajapur, Madhya Pradesh. Shajapur is itself located on the well-known Agra-Bombay Road, (NH-52), so it is easily accessible to the tourists as well as the pilgrims.
