1.Gadag Zoo

It is created in the year 1972 and also celebrated as Binkadakatti Zoo. Gadag Zoo that is a home to various kind of species, also holds an extra segment of rescued wild animals which are cared, rehabilitated. 2.Lakkundi

Lakkundi is paradise of temples. Lakkundi; is at a distance of 11 km from Gadag in Gadag district to the south east. According to the inscriptions, Lakkundi was also called as ‘Lokki Gundi’ in the inscription; a major city a thousand years ago.

Lakkundi is place of antiquarian interest and has more than 50 ancient temples located all over the village, 101 stepped wells known as Kalyani and many inscriptions constructed under the rule of the Chalukya, Kalachuri , Seuna and Hoysalas respectively.

Kasi Vishwanatha Temple is the most ornate and ornate decorated. Lakkundi is also jain center. 4.Trikuteshwar Temple

Trikuteshwara Temple is a magnificent Shiva temple situated in Gadag town, within Gadag district of North Karnataka. Gadag is rider by the ancient temples, majority of them being erected through the period of Kalyani Chalukya. Otherwise the place is famous for many other temples like veera narayana temple and old good looking someshwara temple.

The tri-kuteshwara temple was constructed between 1050- 1200 era by the western chalukyas. Built by the great architect Jakanachari it was constructed. The temple main shrine has three of Shiva lingas representing trimurthi – Brahma, Shivas and Vishnu. Also there is another shrine serving to the Goddess of Learning, Saraswathi.
